We ask that all complaints be brought to the attention of the person who provided your service within 72 hours. No refunds will be given after 72 hours, if you did not attempt to resolve the issue within that time frame. Your appointments are very important to The Mirror Mirror hair salon team, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to be served. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Salon team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. You acknowledge that whenever natural hair color pigment has been bleached, dyed or otherwise altered by a client at home or in another salon, color correction may be needed. You acknowledge that the color correction procedure you are having done can be further damaging to your hair.
Mirror Mirror will perform the hair color correction service with the understanding that there is unknown damage that may have occurred to your hair before you came to Mirror Mirror Hair & Color Studio. Since the hair was previously damaged, color correction may not achieve total satisfaction. It might take more than one visit to accomplish the desired results. We will try to achieve the results desired to the best of our professional ability.
Hair Bleaching & Blonde Transformations
It is imperative that the client fully understands that the darker the hair color initially is, the harder it will be to lift to a blonde. It may not be a one time process to achieve desired results. Based on the hair color the stylist will attempt to lift the hair color as light as the hair will tolerate. The stylist can not be held responsible for any adverse effects or for less than desired results, but the client may request for a strand or patch test beforehand. The client must agree that there are no refunds. If color is not light enough to satisfy the client, the client has the option of returning at a later date and having the service performed again, at cost to the client. Client must also understand hair may feel dry, brittle, or mushy with the chance of breakage and that there will be more maintenance involving the hair care afterwards such as deep conditioning treatments and more use of professional products. This release exempts any satisfaction guarantees offered as blonde has very different results on different types/colors of hair. Client agrees that bleach strips the hair of its protein and the option of going back to a darker color is not possible within the first couple weeks of bleaching.
